We had a strong opposition but the girls did not hold back! Very close first quarter with a 2 goal difference. They all continued to gain so much turnover and lots of pressure all over the court. The gap pulled away slightly but the girls reset and was nail for nail 🫨😳

OPOM Millie did an amazing job being an option on the circle for the shooters and also getting free at center pass, great movement against tall defenders and never stopped 👏🏼

CPOM Grace did a fabulous job at creating space in the circle and timing everything with some great pair work through the game, making them gain lots of goals 👏🏼👏🏼

Super positioning from Jess under the post is ready to shoot, as well as some cracking interceptions. Pippa showed presence along the entire court with great interceptions and strong support for the team.

💙💚 First game or 2026 for the U8s, after a slow start, they kicked into gear and fought hard to a well-earned win! Strong and consistent attacking presence on the court from Sienna offering throughout the match, and some smashing interceptions from Harriet as well as superstar shooting! It's great to see the whole team smiling and fighting to the end. What a great start to the year!

The U16s took to the Regional Qualifiers yesterday to represent Lancashire, in what is always a tough day out 😮‍💨

They showed up raring and ready to deliver, and to soak up what could be one of the last opportunities to play as an age group 🫶

The squad showed passion, speed and determination. But after coming up against some tough competition, it unfortunately didn’t play out the way we’d hoped 💔

Nonetheless, the girls went into each game learning from the last. They adapted to changes, and worked together to play some brilliant netball. We’re so proud of this group, and we know we’re going to see many more great things from them 💙💚

We didn’t make it easy or pretty at times and we left it down to the last second, but what a feeling 💙

A challenging game for these girls this week against a much older and slick opposition! However the girls put up a tough fight and gave 100% until the final whistle!🙌

All players on court got some incredible interceptions and piled on the pressure making it extremely difficult but struggled with the transition through court!

CPOM Eleanor had a great game, she was the engine in the mid court, taking some crucial interceptions and providing some amazing feeds into the circle!
OPOM Hannah had a fabulous game, as she demonstrated some amazing movement in and around the circle and scored some great goals!

Well done girls, a tough game and some tired legs by the end of the match but you all played extremely well! 💙💚

Special mention to Alicia, who took OPOM for her unwavering perseverance and brilliant interceptions, strongly supported by the rest of the defensive unit. Lorena and Arla worked tirelessly with the attack to drive the ball into goal and kept the pressure on right to the final whistle.
So proud of the girls’ resilience, teamwork, and ability to take feedback on board a fantastic team performance all round 👏
