Wyre Netball Club began over 25 years ago with just a handful of passionate players and a few teams.

Today, we’re proud to have grown into a thriving club with competitive squads across all age groups from 7 years and up, and a development pathway that starts as early as preschool level.

​At Wyre Netball Club, we believe in building strong foundations from the very beginning. Starting at preschool age, we nurture a love for netball through fun, engaging sessions that grow with each player.

As our players develop, they progress through age-group squads and into our competitive teams, with many reaching regional and national levels.​

We currently have teams competing in the North West Regional Leagues, as well as U10–U16 teams participating in top-tier competitions such as the ENG Netball Competition, Sisters in Sport, and a variety of local leagues, including all of our teams having weekly competitive matches in Bury.

​Our comprehensive training programme is designed to support players at every stage of their journey and includes:
